Laws of the Kansas State Penitentiary, Lansing, Kansas. It is noted that the fects as alleged implicate fred and Ipyd}Barker, et al, in, a the slaying of the officers and Frank Nesh. I consider this ‘information vitally important; while it does not coincide with the major facts heretofore developed, ~ - there seems, however, to be no inconsistency between the possible truth of the : st-tements mude by LymamyFord of the Kansas State Penitentiary to the offi clals there and the other evidence developed to date in thia case. . I have considered the edvi sability of interviewing Mrs. prencesChash ine con- nection with this matter and have decided that it 1s probably not at this time .
