Dear Sir: ‘Reference is made to Division letter under date of October 16, 1935, trananitting copies of a letter received fram ¢C. B. Norris, Chief De- puty Sheriff, Franklin County, Columbus, Ohio, stating that Subject Charles Arthur, Floyd, with aliases, I. 0. #1194, was believed to be in that locality. Special Agent H. D. Harris conferred with Mr. Norria at Column bue, Ohio, and Mr. Norris advised thet his letter had been written as a remilt of a report to him by a Conatable in East Columbus, named Guy, that he believed he bad sean Subject in an automobile in Columbus; thet it was a high-powered car with a chauffeur. He did not, however, secure the 1i- tense nuuber or note the make of car. Constable Guy wae furnished with e copy of the Identification Order but bas not seen the suspected man since, al though he still believes it was Subject whom he saw. Mr. Norris was advised that this Division will be eled to. aseist in eny manner in causing the apprehension of this Subject end he will advise the Cincinnati Office if he learne anything more of value.
