ANserten of the Division's file entitled Vernon oo Hiller,
with eliases -\Fugitive, Identification Order 71195, et al, Obstruction of
Justice, Endeavor to Deliver Federal Prisoner FrasiOyesh, indicates that
on the afternoon (June 26, 1933) thet Frank Nash was apprehended at Hot
Springs, Arkansas, Hrs. hese under instructions from Richard Tallman“Galatas,
Fugitive, Identification Order #1201, proceeded to the residence at Hot tute
Springs, Arkensas of “rs. E, 5& Conner nee LouisegTodd, aid made a telephone °°"
call to the?.P.. Tan, a well «mow gangster hang-out in Chicago, Illinoie,
in en effort to contact Louis QBtecct, the manager and contect men of these
gangsters, to advise him of the apprehension of Frank Nesh. After this call
had been pleced and Geletas had received inforzetion through Detective
ékers of Hot Springs to the effect that Nash was being taken to Joplin,
Missouri, ttre. Nash returned to the residence of Mre. Conner and placed a
telephone call therefrom to the residence of Herbert Allen farmer at Joplin,
issouri.
Investigation disclosed that immediately after the messacre —..
at Kansas City on Gee morning of June 17th had attained considerable
publicity, Loufee(fonner left Hot Springs for parts unknown. Through .
investigation she was traced to Chicago, Illinois and from there to Memphis,
Tennessee, where she was know as GeraldineALewis, and at wiich place she
has been assisting one Fannie Calvert in thé management of a club known aa |
the "Lonely Acres Supper Club", for the past three months. Mrs. Louise Conner
ig known to be an associate of well knom gangsters and to have treveled
extensively throughout the United States. a

It 1e also indicated that 4rs. Conner owns property in Knoble,
Arkensas, which is now being occupied by Barry Henley and his wife, who is a
sister of Mrs. Conner.
It is reported that “rs. Conners husband, ralonner, was killed
in a Large gembling place about two years ego, but there ie some indication .
that kd Sonner is still living and that the rumor of his death was a racket
