I.0. 1195, et al OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE (Endeavor to | Deliver Federal Prisoner Frank Nash) With further reference to the pereonal and crimizal history of Harvey Je Bailey, please be advieed that thin office ia in receipt of information, contained in a letter from the Sheriff of Maryville, Miseourt, statingthet Harvey J.Bailey wae arreeted in Nodaway County,. Misecourl (Maryville), on July 27, 1920, for burglary and larceny, he having burglarized a etare at Elmo, Mieeourd, on July £4, 1920, and carried away goods and chattels to the value of $600.00. He wae placed in the County Jail, July 87, 1920, where he eteyed until september 11, 19H, at which time bond wane furniched for him by George F. Bakers Default wae had on the bond and the execution war iseued ageainnat Baker for the payment of eaid bond which wee $2,500.00 and eatisfactory judgment wae rendered to the Circuit Court of Nodaway County during the year 1920. Thin ia evidently the arrest referred to by G Pe Bankua, brother- inelaw of Bailey, ae mentioned in letter from thia office, dated Noveuber 2, 1933, addre-red to tho Division, werein a history of Baiby ia givens “It in evident that Georgs F.
