MILLER, with aliases, FUGITIVE _@t al = - - -OESTRUCTION OF JUSTICE (Endeavor to Deliver Federal Prisoner Frank Nash} Kansas City File #62-760- About September 28, 1933, a telephone tap was ar- ranged in the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, Fensas City, Missouri, during the stay of Lillian Holden and Marj]Keating at Kansas city, Missouri. “h oo In view of certain valuable information which was received from this telephone tap, it was ecntinued for a period of reximetely tro weeks. LIE he noves of the employees of the telephone company are, end msy be in the future, very valuable for purposes of reference. . Officials of the telephone company have just requeat- ed that the notes taken by these employees be returned. I believe that before returning ther, however, photestatic copies of sll these notes should be made and retained at the Kansas City office. These notes are being transmitted herewith to the Division with request that they be photostated; that _one c py of the photostat be furnished this office at the time the c original notes are.
