The mother of this Subject, residing near Green City, Missouri, and also hia sister, who resides there, would probably be sources of the desired information. However, to date, they have not been approached, since same did not seem desirable, unless necessary. There is a brother-in-law of Pailey, who resides at Council Bluffs, Iowa, and who has in the past shown a desire to cooperate with Agenta of this office, and, at this time, all possible personal history is being secured through that source at by Special agent J. L. Flood, assigned at Omaha, Nebraska. This matter will be given prompt attention, and if complete data is not obtained at Council Bluffs, appropriate interviews vill be coniuct- od at Green City, Missouri.
