Atlantic City that the party had left the Ritz Carlton Hotel, -
aTTangenents were made to have Agents O'Leary, Starr and Heed
rent @ car and cover the New York entrance of the Holland Tunnel.
When word vas received from Agent Sinsel that the car was pro-- .
ceeding to New York, these Agents were communicated with by tele-
phone at the Holland Tunnel and advised of this, and shortly -
thereafter the Lincoln Sefan was observed eoming cut of the
Tunnel and was followed for several blocks by Agents O'Leary,
Starr, and Reed, but the occupente of the car, namely, My. and
‘Mra, Buchalter, were apprehensive of being followed ani it vas
noted by the Agente that Mrs. Buchalter appeared to be reading
the license plates on the car in which the Agents were riding.
The Lincoln car deliberately slowed up several times and the .
