It was learned that there are four news stands on the boardwalk at which out of town newspapers may be purchased, Arrange- ments were made whereby papers from the abowe eities would be withe drewn from ell of the stands exsept tuo. A surveillance wae maintained over these stands from August 12th to dugust 14th, 1955. The stands were covered until closing time, which is approximately one A.M. In connection with the corer on the news stanis, it is deemed appropriste to atste that same met with negative resulte insofar as the Present investigetion is concerned. . . ; woof, at the atlantic City Airport, the snotogrtyh of ' ‘ Subject Miller could not be identified. The liet of persons useing pisne trevel out of this sity since July 1, 1935 was gone over without result. . The photograph of Sut ject Verne Miller was exhibited to Seaview, Lynwood and Northfield Golf Courses but same sould not be identified by anyone at the ebove clubs. The regietrations of guests since July 1, 1935 were checked at the above golf courses but in no case ea the name of Subject Miller or ‘ony of his sliases appear, | $ ‘ | Inquiry was made at the Ritz Carlton Hotel emi it wes Learned that Stromberg alias Rosen was still e registrant, as wes also — M.
