This group picture was taken by the Chicago Police on November 23, 1930, and beara Chicago group picture No. £335. It ie reported to be an excellent like- ness of Subject Phillips and shows him standing at full length. It 1s suggested that the Division prepare photo-~ graphic copies of this picture for tranamission to the various Division offices in connection with the search being made for Subject Phillips.
