Upon my wondering whether be was identical with the Galatas ve wanted he brought out the fact that Mr. Castisberry had mentioned an one or two occasions in the pest that his wite had a brother who was a big confidence man out Fest, that his name was Galatas, and that he would ecametime gaze to Montgomery and hang around ewhile and then leave town quietly and drop out of eight for a long period of time. Upon my return to Sashing- ton I checked over the personel history of Galatas as outlined in the report and saw that be wae born in Montgomery.
