MEMORANDUM FOR THE DIRECTOR Assistant Agent in Charge Fay at New York called this morning on the telephone and stated that Mr. Cullen at Albany desired to ojjtain photographs immediately of Sitamore alias Sitmer, Bild Dooley (supposed to be the partner of Sitmer), ‘Weiesman (mentioned by the Kansas City Police ae a suspect in the Kansas City shooting), and VerneMiiller. It appears that a reporter for the New York Journal had given information to the New tork Office to the effect that Miller and Welseman vere seen with Verne Sankey at Sundusky and Toledo, Ohio, some time ago. This, of course, was a rumor; nevertheless, the information was promptly transmitted to Agent Cullen at Albany, end the photogrephs will be forwarded to him wlth the exception of that of Weissman, a6 we do not have sufficient date in our files to be able to identify Weissman, A letter will be forwarded to ur. Cullen at the Kellington Hotel, Albany, New York, transmitting the Identification Order of Verne Miller, a cancelled Identification Urder on Sitmer, @ photograph taken from the Identification Division files of Bill Dooley, and criminal records.
