I inetructed that those descriptions . be sent by special deliverr to Kensas City. . St #1 Leter, I advised Special Agent in Charge Jones, nor at. Kansas — City, of the instructions issued to the St. Paul office with regard to oo, - the descriptions and fingerprints.
