on June 5, 1953, the Gtreutt Court of Appeals, the
Second Cireutt, dented a motion for a stay ‘of ezecutton which
was requested to give the defendante time to appeal to the
United States Supreme Court from the dental by the Ctireutt
Court of the defendants’ notion for a writ of mandamus. Jn
denying thts motton, Judge Swan of the Circutt Court tnatructe
