he was transferred to the Newark Signal Corps, Inapection Zone,
Newark, Mew Jersey. In February, 2943, he was promoted to the
posttion of Assoctate Engineer, iInspectton. He was suspended
from hte position on February 10, 19¢5, pending dectaton by”
the Secretary af War on recommendations made by his commanding
officer for Penoval on the basta of information tndteating hts
Connuntat Party membership. Rosenderg's employment with the
Government was terninated March &6, 2945. On February 26, 1945,
he had obtatned employment cs an Asstetant Engineer wits the
Emerson Radto and Phonograph Corporation, JI Eighth Avenue,
New York Ctty. Thts employment wos termtnated on Decenber ty
1945, From that date uattl hta opprehenston Rosenberg was in
vortous bustnesses. At the tine of hts apprehenston he was
operating the Pitt Machine Products Corporation, 870 Fast Houstor
