In 1928 he reportedly sold hig interest to the Radio Corporation of America, On Mcy 5, 1928, Mr. Kennedy was elected chairman oard of Directors of the Keith, Albee, Orpheun oa Corporation for a period of one year, Mr. Kennedy was also on the Board of Directors of the Pathe Exchange, Incorporated, during the late 1930's. On July 3, 1934, Me. Kennedy was appointed as a mnissioner of the Poces Pees end Exchange Commission, Yew York City. This employment was terminated on Septenber 23, 1935, by reason of resignation. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Kennedy was serving as chairmen of the Securities and Exchange Commtasion. Mr. Konnedy became a member of the United Stsotes Noritime Commission, Washington, D.
