time he refused to testify before the Kefauver Senate Committes
in 1051, was GEORGE CALLAGHAN.
According to the Chicago Crime Commission records,
Chicago, Illinois, in a "Chicago Sribune' newspaper clipping
of December 30, 1933, JOSEPH AIUPPA, alias JOEY O'BRIEN; ‘is
listed as an official of Local 782, of the Teamsters Union
of Maywood, Illinois, and was one of 35 co-conspiritors, named —
in an indictment charging 17 persons with racketeering... A
mistrial against the 17 persons was declared on November 22, -_
1984, and on a second trial there was a finding of not guilty —-
on May 10, 1935. _ .

ALUPPA, LARRY RASSANO, and RUTH SINGER, in connection with a dice
game at the Frolics, 4813 Cermak Road, Cicero, Tllinois.
