DUBOIS, JR., Miami Beach, Florida to institute technical surveillance on DAN ROWAN at the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevade, but left details to DHG0IS. He claims he does not recall if he specified type of installation to be used but was interested only in conversation within ROWAN's room and had in mind the installation of a microphone and transmitter and not a telephone tap.
