The Los Angeles Office has been alert during tne current continuing investigation into target's past and current activities, for a set of facts or circumstances which could be used to advantage in a recontact with target to endeavor to enlist his cooperation. It is felt that mere recontact of target witnout some unusual advantage would be of no avail. However. ne information of this nature nas been developed. Plans are presently being formulated to present the facts concerning tarset's true identity to a Federal Grand Jury in Los Angeles in the near future. ; Prior to the actual grand jury action, contact / will be made again with target to determine if he will tal t.
