inasmuc as
one of the subjects
of this
investigation is
under indictment resulting from
the
Federal
Grand Jury inquiry into
gambling at the Friars
Club
and
since other
persons are
scheduled for
witnesses
in the
Friars Club
trial
scheduled
for June 1955, he would
defer prosecutive
opinion. He
stated
it
would be
an
advantage to wait
until
the Friars
Club
trial
was completed
since possible
new evidence
would be
uncovered
which
could be
used
to supplement the evidence already obtained
in the
Trinidad matter.
