ROSELLI kept HARVEY informed of the opera- tion's progress and notified him sometime in 1962 that the pills and guns had arrived in Cuba. He told HARVEY in June, 1962, that the Cuban had dispatched a three-man team to Cuba. HARVEY then met ROSELLI in Miami in September, 1962, where HARVEY was told that the pills y were still safe in Cuba. HARVEY testified that he had doubts that the operation would ever take place and so informed ROSELLI. Thereafter, HARVEY terminated the operation in mid-February, 1963.
