PALLADINO stated.that he had not seen EDWARD PARISE since the latter part of September 1947. He stated that PARISE sold the Toll Gate Tavern to hin.din 1942 and that he presently runs the tavern with his partner MICHASLI-ARPTIN of 539 Blst Street, Brooklyn, New York.
