decording to this Chicago report of Mr. KONITSER,
- Resident Manager of the American Casualty Company, i175 Wost Jackson, was
interviewed in an effort to obtain information relative to the identities
of the individuals who posted collateral with this oonceru for the bond
furnished for the above four defendants, ER advised
that he bad previously been contacted by Special
Agent of the Intelligence Unit, Internal Kevenue, who requested the
identical information requested by the Bureaus

‘infor mation in view of the faot that he had not wished to ry
confidence of his clients in disclosing their identity. Mr». KONITSER |

information but only on the agreement that no investigation would be conducted
by the Bureau of Internal Revenue with reference to the individuals who fure -
