Parole reflects the following information. He was arrested on March 26,
1943 at Chicago, Illinois and sentenced on December 31, 1943 to ten years
imprisonment and 910.000 fine for conspiracy to interfere with trade and
commerce by coercion, threats and violence. He was committed to Atlanta
Penitentiary on April 4, 1944 and transferred to Leavernvorth Penitentiary.
