The following was obtained from “ir. Carl Burrows, Immigration
and Naturalization Service (INS), on July 9, 1963, with regard to Susie
Chang who was referred te in the "New York Journal American" on June 29,
1963 5 as the paramour of,a high elected U. S. Government official. As
