Mag~1!"":is~t:-::r~a:-::t~e=--J"'l'u=g~e Keith A. Pesto. A floppy disc containing the emails forl __ account was provided by MSN in compliance with the searcn warrant. A review of the disc was conducted and disclosed that I lattempted to send his email calling for the assassination of Congressman Murtha to FARRAKHAN, BROKAW, FOX News, and MATT DRUDGE but was unsuccessful in sending the email. The only positive response tol Iwas from the 9-11 Commission and the email only acknowledged receipt ofl lemail and nothing b6 further. b7C There were no email responses tol Iregarding his solicitation for someone to assassinate Congressman Murtha.
