MURTHA. I Jadvised that he would be leaving his office but leave a copy of the e-mail for the writer and for Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA)I lat his Johnstown, PA office. On May 10, 2004, writer went to Congressman MURTHA's District 12 Office in Johnstown, PA, and picked up the copies of the e-mail and delivered a copy to the United States Attorney·s Office in Johnstown, PA. A copy of the 40 page e-mail is attached and made a part hereto.
