On OS/25/2004, the writer testified before Court of b6 Common Pleas Judge Thomas Swope in the above captioned matter.b7C After hearing .the testimony in the cas Swope delayed ruling on whether the e-mail violated conditions of probation and instead, revoked bond and reset it at $10,000 cash and ordered immediate psychological and psychiatric evaluations ofl Icould not make the bond and was taken to the Cambria county Prison.
