c @ 2 taken to the Cambria County jail, where | stayed until March 10, 1998. While there, I endured the typical jailhouse confession routine. They let a guy out of jail who had been previously been convicted of perjury, drug offenses, and armed robberies. He likes to stick guns to girls’ heads and rob them. He made a statement that I had admitted everything and they let him out of jail. Judge Gerard Long, was the judge that conspired in this. Judge Long did this because I had knowledge that he is a crack addict and is involved in the illegal video poker machine business. Long wanted to keep me in prison and quiet. Shortly after my Federal arraignment, where the Clinton Mickens story came out, something very fishy happened. An aerial tram cable was cut by a marine corp jet in Italy. I soon learned that the pilots erased the cock pilot video. I had known all along that Congressman Murtha was an ex-marine officer and chairman of the defense appropriations committee and a frequent guest of the home of the commandant of the marine com [fad told me this ina ing in Congressman Murtha’s office in June of 1996. I knew that the feds suspected Murtha and of having Mr. Mickens murdered in the Johnstown jail. I later learned that Murtha arranged to have the Marine corp jet cut the aerial tram cable in Italy. He was in danger of being arrested for the murder of Clinton Mickens. He knocked the tram out of the sky because he knew that he would not be arrested for that. The Italians would kick the United States out of Aviano Air Force Base, and the security of Europe would be threatened. The Italians would possibly declare war on us. The American people would be so enraged that they would probably vote every politician out of office. He did something so atrocious that he couldn’t get arrested. The day after I was placed in the County jail, I read in the paper that the insurance man and the police were saying that Timothy McVeigh was my hero. Fatse! In July of 1998, I was tried and convicted for threatening to kill Congressman Murtha with no evidence. The prosecution produced a game guide. On the game guide, was written “shoot Murtha’s head off. Timothy McVeigh is my hero. Kill everybody at Tribune Democrat. Kill everybody at Laurel Ford. Kill everybody at Erie Insurance.” The insurance testified that he wrote these things down as | said them. But Officer|_—_Is a county detective. IfMr.[ __|had written those things as I was saying them, he would’ve had the game guide when the police showed up. And Office being a detective, would’ve confiscated the game guide. He would’ve confronted me with it at my apartment, or showed it to the crisis workers, or showed it to the doctors at the hospital. Instead, it was created while I was involuntarily committed. They used the line about Timothy McVeigh being my hero to show intent to terrorize and to inflame the jury to get a conviction. The jury retuned the guilty verdict. Immediately, Federal Judge D. Brooks Smith informed the jury that he could’ve not reached that verdict. In fact, Judge Smith said he doesn’t care if the United States Government likes it or not, he didn’t feel like the case belonged in his court room. On July 8", I was convicted. It is now October 31", and still no sentencing date has been set. I believe the verdict will be overturned. Also worth mentioning, when I was being released on house Cambria County jail, I met with two pre-trial service officers. One was Cambria County’ and the other was Federal Officer As they put a monitor bracelet on my ankle, they asked me if I wanted to attend Church on Sundays. I said “yes, at the-Praise and Worship Center in Johnstown.” The pastor there is named Rev| | Rev| _hnd his congregation, had been working at a camp. called the Roaring Run Boy Scout camp. They had spent hundreds of hours cleaning the place, preparing to buy it. wanted to turn into a camp for wayward youth. About three weeks after I was released from jail, Rev. in the final stages of signing the papers. When Congressman Murtha, and a high-ranking Marine officer from the Pentigon stepped in and took the camp away from my church. The story appeared in the Tribune Democrat. When asked by the Tribune Democrat when they found out about the Boy Scout camp, Murtha replied “about two or three weeks ago.” They said they wanted to turn it into a camp for wayward youths. I was just released from jail about the same time they found out about it. I believe Cambria County pre-trial services officer passed the information along to Congressman Murtha about what church I attended and Murtha took the camp from my church to spite me. Shortly after I was convicted, and a big deal was being made about Timothy McVeigh being my hero, it was reported on Network News, that 25 tons of Ammonium Nitrate “the high explosive type” was stolen in West Virginia. It caused me to think that any Congressman that would sabotage vehicles, have women beat up by thugs, and have the police kill those thugs, knock down an aerial tram to keep from being
