MURTHA and his aide, ee ee thereafter provided the following information: BIC PA advised Laurel Ford performed service work ona 1983 Ford Ranger pick-up truck owned by[|——=édY;SCO#WSS@iicle records reflected the initial service was conducted on July 7, 1997, which consisted of replacing the head gasket. The records reElected a charge in the amount of $600, which was subsequently closed on December 20, 1997. In addition, on July 16, 1997, \ there was a charge for towing by University Sunoco in the amount a of $50. The records further reflected the last service was on ; December 1, 1997, consisting of checking for oil leaks. Laurel paired the PVC separator box and on December 3, 1997, one “Prerscnally appeared at Laurel Ford to retrieve his truck. [_feursnex advised he personally dealt with{ on December 3, 1997. [stated as he recalled, the engine had been replaced by another service facility and the engine had been supplied by company called Dealer’s Engines.
