89A-PG-53899 On 4/22/91, above victim received at his office in Johnstown, Pennsylvania (PA), a threatening letter. In the letter, the writer thereof tells Congressman MURTHA that they have been following him for the past couple of weeks listening to his propaganda. Further the writer advises that they are experts in ambush areas, and they know where MURTHA travels, eats and lives. If one more of our comrades (being American soldiers in the Persian Gulf) comes home in a body bag, they will hold MURTHA responsible. Further, his penalty will be death. 2*
