Officer Price related that at approximately 1841 hours, he was contacted by a Randy Leventry, who explained that he is an adjustor employed with the Erie Insurance Company located in Richland Township, Pennsylvania. Mr. Leventry further explained that he has been handling the claim filed by a Donald Lee Fenton against Carmen Wholesale Tires, which is a business insured by Erie Insurance Company.
