support
of a
Criminal Complaint
against the
defendant, DONALD
LEE FENTON.
5. On
December 3,
1997, FBI
Special Agent
Dale
Frye of the Johnstown Resident Agency was contacted by Officer
I
Kevin Price
of the
Stonycreek Township
Police Department.
Officer
Price related
that at
approximately 1841
hours, he
was contacted
by
a Randy Leventry, who explained that he is an adjustor employed
with the
Erie Insurance
Company located
in Richland
Township,
Pennsylvania. Mr.
Leventry further
explained that
he has
been
handling the claim filed by a Donald Lee
Fenton against Carmen
Wholesale Tires,
which is
a business
insured by
Erie Insurance
Company. Mr.
Leventry stated
that, earlier
that
evening,
he had
received a
telephone call
from an
individual who
identified himself
as Donald
Fenton. Mr.
Leventry also
stated that
he had
dealt with
