On September 2, *PAL in the Court of Common Pleas, Cambria County, Ebensburg, PA was found guilty in a jury trial of Harassment by Communication, a third degree misdemeanor, and Terroristic Threats, a first degree misdemeanor, under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, regarding telephonic threats directed toward Insurance agent on December 3, 1997. During this telephone call, also made threats directed toward U.S. ee John P. Murtha Johnstown, PA, and his aide, for which was ee curre convicted in U.S. District Court, Johnstown, PA. b7C currently awaiting sentencing on the federal conviction.
