Mr. Coleman further stated, however, that the Department definitely was going to go ahead with the case, presenting it to a grand jury for ultimate prosecution; however, at the present time they are deciding just how and when to proceed. Bea stated that the Rureen would be advised s2 to further oe Sr a Fe -— oe rere action to be taken with regard t to the accowting investigation in this matter.
