Present Status
The majority of the investigation has now been conducted in this
case. A nosber of incidental leads remain to be covered; pee ee

refused to give voluntary permission to allow agents of this Bureau to ex-
muine books and records of that organisation. The Department has advised
that prosecution will definitely be had in this case; however, at the present
time it is deciding both how and when to proceed. The Department, further
advised that the Bureau will be advised as to any investigation desired with
