The lawyer told me Elshoff was gos to open the tine under an ope. shop, This was in the Lauyor'ts office at 5th & Adama. Thr: Mgh tho attornay wo finally got an interview with Mr, Blshoff, Mr. Falsetti and the attorncy, Hr. MeCann, tr. Kock, Mr. Badock and I net with these wen at the District PHA. _hoaxquarters. Yr. I returned to oy uffice and shortly recieved a call fron Elshoff telling nc he was wrong, that under the N,L.R.B. ruling he wo ld have to deal with me.
