JI remember a committee was appointed to see Elshoff to see if he would operate ~-..the men went UM. T.e had heard Elshoff had said he would not operate under PLA. The committee later reported that after taliding with Falcetti, rho was supposed to have talked with Zisheff, they had beem told that if the men would vote to go (Ef. Elshoff would open Mine "a", JI did not attend a meeting at the Elk's Club - but the next day I heard there had been one and that the men had voted to fo Uf.. About a veek later I went don to Uf and signed up with them, TI joined UM: to keep mr job, but I vould rether have stayed with PMA, because I ¥as satisfied rith it.
