I had not knorn anything about it. Some of the men told

company proporty for a few days off and on while the other men stayed. It
was & couplo of months lutcr thet we got an injunction to kcep us off. Ke

anyt ng. Fone of the men from the Frogressives thrcatened me, or told me
how to vote, The progressives did not tell me to come to vote, furnish me
with a ridc or anything. J went to the headquarters, and thoy told us where
to vote. ,

Ionever heard of any attempt to open the mine except the timo I went to

Crock Mine. If there hed been any other times that I could have gone to
work at Mine B I would havc gone. I decided that I would bo better off
because I was digging coel st the Panther Creek mince, anc was getting too
old to lay track any more. Ly quitting had notnhIhg to do with the Union
