I dan'¢ imow anything more about this, as I wasn't working there, but I kmow that some of the men felt there might be a deal between the Management and the tnited, JT don't know what the rcason for their thinking was, nor do I ever recall hearing what the deal might have becn. " T got a letter from the -ine company telling mé thet the Mine was going to open afain, and saying that the Same job was open to every man who fad worked there at the timc of the strike. JT saw in the pspers that an election was to be held and went down of my own accord, I never heard of any strong-armed methods being used by either unions anc do know that no one approached me in regard to it.
