At this time Mr. Frank Coleman, Civil Rights Section, Miss Besta
Criminal Division, called from the Depar relative to thie“ £

recall that Coleman has apparently been assigned to supervise the matter ji
the Department. He stated that he was transmitting additional photosta L
material by memorandum which should reach the Bureau today.

ment indicated it would review for the benefit of the Bureau and transmit any
investigative leads it picked out, Mr. Coleman stated that he had been in
contact with an attorney named o is in the office of the assistant
General Counsel, NIRB. He stated that the files are being forwarded from the
Regional Office to the NLRB at Chicago and the complete files of the NIRB, both
regional and headquarters, can be made available, he is sure, at the Rochambeau
Building where there will also be a room available for reviewing the files. He
is attempting to make the necessary arrangements this afternoon ami will tele=-
phonically advise.
