PH 65~2)10 SAC MEMO Mrs. LAWRENCE also advised there is another person employed at the Norristown State Hospital whose name is FRANK W. JOHNSON. She explained that the latter person is an attendant at the hospital, that he was born in 1907 and has been employed at the hospital since 1929. On the same date, Mrs. DOROTHY SAMES, Institutional Secretary, Norristown State Hospital, advised she is personally acquainted with FRANK W. and AUDREY JOHNSON and recalled that FRANK W. JOHNSON was one of seven-employees fired at the Philadelphia General Hospital, Philadelphia, in April, 1952, for refusal to sign the loyalty oath. She added, however, that he was advised when applying for employment at the Norristown Hospital that he would be required to sign the loyalty oath, that when he entered on duty he signed the oath without hesitation. Both Mrs. LAWRENCE and Mrs. SAMBS described the subject and her husband as immature and childish individuals and stated to their knowledge there has never been an indication that they are in disfavor with the American form of Government. No record of subject or her husband was located in the files of the Greater Norristown Credit Bureau, the Norristown PD, or the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. The above chécks were made on /25/55. Mrs. W. WILLIAM FLOSS (Mrs. JANICE FRAXLER FLOSS, Mrs. SIMON W. FLOSS) On 5/17/55 Mr. CHARLES H. SHARPE, Superintendent, Jenkintown Garden Apartments, 155 Washington Lane, Jenkin, town, Pa., advised WILLIAM FLOSS and wife (first name unknown) resided in Apartment M-2 until February, 1955, when they moved to Boston, Mass. He stated records in his possession gave no background information concerning either Mr. or Mrs. FLOSS. ~ 2 « 103610
