3. Petitionor in advised and believes that it will not
be possible to obtain a trial and determination of the issucs
raised by said caveat for a considerable period of time, and that
in the meantimc, the real estate must be protected and preserved,
dividends and interest on the stocks and bonds will become duo

must be prepared and filed.

4. Petitioner is advised and therefore avers that it

6. Under the terms of said paper writing dated August 14
1972, fhe Riggs National Bank of Washington, D. C. is nominated
executor in the event that Petitioner fails to qualify.
