I have been connected with the Police Department of Birminghem for the past thirty-odd years and have come into constant contact with the re- preeenteatives of Mir. Hoover from all parts oi the country, and wish to state thet in my opinion he has organises the most efficient investigative agency in the entire Government service. I could emimerate many instances wnere ibe cooperation and as- sistance received from his Burean have been invaluable to law-enforcement officials generally throughout this section of the country. The finger- print service he offers to the entire nation would be almost indispensable to all lew-enforcement officiels throughout the Jand.
