WHEREAS: J. Bdgar Hoover, Director of the
Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice, Washing-
ton, D.C., has co~operated with all law enforcement
agencies throughoat the United States, and
WHEREAS: This eo-operstion has increased the
efficienay of these véasious agencies, both through the
Rational Division ef Identification and Information and
the Bureau of Investigation.
