The Director stated that Mr. Connolley had some plans which were to be discussed. — Mr. Tamm advised that he bad received a memorandum from Mr. McMahon last night stating that the people could not be artraditad and that he, Mr. Tamm, had aent a‘cabla.to Mr. Keith on the matter. The Director inquired at what time ib. Tamm had in- structed Mr. Magee ta meet the Director and his party. Mr. Tamm said thet he had ed Mr. Magee imnediately informing him that the Director left at six o'clock P. M. and that it would take from six to seven hours for the Director to — reach New Orleans but for Mr. Magee to get there in sufficient time; that the Director had left at six o'clock Standard: Time. Mr. Tamm siated that between 10:80 and 10:45 P. M. he had again called Mr. Magee who stated that he was at that time ceding to the hotel to make reservations and proceeding immediately to the airport. The Director stated that they had arrived at approximately 11:15 P. M.
