Mr. Tamm advised of a call from Mr. Keith this morning who advised that
on being unable to reach the Director last night at the Roney Plaza, he talked to
Mr'\ Montgomery. . Director stated that Mr. Montgomery told him of the call he had
received; that Mr. Montgomery stated that he had checked the hotel there and there
was no record of the woman being registered. The Director stated that it was very

hotels checked; that the Pan American Airways should also be checked as well as
the boats leaving for Cuba. Mr. Tamm advised that the Washington angle is all

endeavored to handle this matter through the J. S. Attorney without first communicating
