the Special Investigative Division. It was ascertained he resided at

and he had to make his claims with the Internal Revenue Service. It was
explained to t such an undertaking is not within the jurisdiction
of the FBI and that any financial arrangements with the Internal Revenue
Service has to be discussed with that agency.
