Captioned subject was placed in telephonic contact with night duty
supervisor, Special Investigative 0: 5/1/72. Subject
indicated he resides at™@

Subject indicated he wanted former U.S. District Judge in Utah
A. Sherman‘Christensen investigated in connection with a suit that subject has
pending in U.S. Court of Claims concerning "eminent domain."
Rt was difficult to ascertain from the subject what he desired. He
said because the former judge was a "Mormon" nobody would investigate him.
He said he had talked to the U.S. Attorney who had refused to listen to him. /
it was determined from the subject that subject's case was ce
originally heard in Utah in 1964 and it was dismissed. When attempts were
made to decipher some clarification from the subject, he became beligerent
and utilized profanity. It was determined he was 69 years of age and prior
to obtaining any further information he terminated the call.
In view of the subject's attitude this memorandum is for record
purposes. There was no record for subject in Burea my
