Captioned individual contacted Extra-Duty Supervisor
John L. Beale at 7:50 a.m. on 12/6/70 and requested Bureau
assistance. He stated that he resides at
Richie Heights, Maryland. He explained that he and his wire
have obtained a Mexican divorce and that he was given custody of
his oldest two children but his third child, a four-year-old
girl, is living with his former wife and his wife's parents in
Ohio. eels that he now should have custody of the four-
year-old git since it is his understanding his former wife is
not taking proper care of the child. His purpose in calling
was to ask if the FBI could assist him in obtaining custody of
