BSAC, San Francisco February 9, 1970 Director, FBI bie-t - Francisco, F cornse INFORMATION CONCERNING oO Li cLWOIME LbS WN Above-mentioned individual telephonically contacted oo the Bureau on the evening of 2-35-70 and from his Conversation he appeared to be thoroughly inebriated. He advised he was Calling from Cavanaugh's Club, Misgston Street, San Francisco, and he inferred he was concerned with other bars on Mission Street inasmuch as he was supposedly robbed of his money in there bars which he claimed were the Red Bar and Townsend Club. He insisted that gambling takes place in these bars and that is the reason why he lost his money, although he did not specifically state what type of gambling. He was adviged to call the San Francisco office in order to gave money on long distance calls at which time he advised that he has called the San Francisco office and made these complaints and has also called the San Francisco Police ,_ Department but they do not do anything about his complaints, 4f other than put him in jail at one time for 10 days. He continued to rave on rather incoherently, mentioning at one time that he intends to ¢a11 President Kennedy because he ’ ig a good Democrat.
