The above capttoned individual telephontcally contacted
the Bureau on January 12, 1954. The call was referred to Spectal
Agent da. J. Fillus of Crime Records.

overdue. She advised that several years ago she bought lumber
from @ lumber company in South Boston, Vir tnia. She stated she
hae not, as yet, paid the entire amount due. She advised that she
recently sent part payment to this collection company. Irs
wanted to know what ashe should do about thta letter Jrom the
collection agency asking for payment of the remaining portion of
the btll. She was advised that the facts did not constitute a
matter cover which the FBI had juridiction. She stated thet she weuld
i this matter up personally with the credit companys
